Melissa Carter is an experienced trial attorney and the current Managing Partner of Adler Giersch.  Prior to joining the firm, she represented insurance companies, corporate defendants and individuals until the imbalance of fairness towards injury victims became too stark to ignore.  Once she made the switch and began advocating for innocent people needing help, she has never been happier.  Ms. Carter has been nominated as a SuperLawyer by her peers, and is a member of the prestigious American Board of Trial Advocates.
