Daniel J. Murphy, DC, DABCO

Nationally known expert in the chiropractic profession. He serves on the faculty of Life Chiropractic College-West and has taught more than 1000 continuing education courses. Additionally, Dr. Murphy has more than 30 years of clinical experience.

Richard H. Adler, JD

Mr. Adler is the founding principal of Adler Giersch. Excellence in advocacy for his clients and protecting their access to treatment led to his selection as a SuperLawyer™ by his attorney peers. He's a frequent lecturer and author of several publications on medical-legal-insurance matters.

Steven J. Angles, JD

Steven Angles’ practice focuses on cases involving severe injuries, insurance coverage, and complex personal injury claims. He has extensive courtroom experience, having tried over 35 jury trials and 100 bench trials in his career. Steven is bilingual, with fluency in Spanish. He works throughout the Puget Sound and manages Adler Giersch in Kent.

Melissa D. Carter, JD

Sensing an alarming imbalance of fairness between insurance companies and injured individuals, Ms. Carter resigned as Senior Trial Counsel for Nationwide Insurance and accepted a position at the firm she admired most, Adler Giersch. Since that time, she has been selected as a SuperLawyer by her attorney peers.

Jacob W. Gent, JD

Prior to working at Adler Giersch, Mr. Gent was a senior negotiator and Litigation Specialist for Farmers Insurance Company. He has worked at Adler Giersch for over 15 years, starting as a Case Manager, he was inspired to become an attorney.

Arthur D. Leritz, JD

It was through his representation of at-fault defendants and insurance companies for over 11 years in a wide variety of complex personal injury litigation that Arthur Leritz realized his true calling was to join Adler Giersch to advocate and protect those with traumatic injuries.

Diane Sherwood-Palmer, DC

Diane Sherwood-Palmer, DC has been a practitioner almost 40 years. She is from a chiropractic family. Her parents, Drs. Jeannette and Vernon Sherwood were well known in the Seattle area. All her siblings are doctors— Drs. Kurt, Mark and Sheri Sherwood. Dr. Diane has been on the board of the Washington State Chiropractic Association for many years, and is a past president.

Kimberly Palmer-Yee, DC

Dr. Palmer-Yee has been practicing at Twin Lakes Chiropractic in Federal Way since 2005. She received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Alberta and her Doctor of Chiropractic from Western States Chiropractic College. Her practice philosophy emphasizes chiropractic healthcare for women during pregnancy and childbirth, as well as chiropractic care for infants and children. She is also a certified yoga instructor, a skill she uses to teach her students the importance of good body mechanics and the benefits of a strong spine and core. She is a longtime member of the WSCA and is the association’s current president.

David Butters, DC

Dr. Butters is a 1973 graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA. He is the founder and owner of Rainier Valley Chiropractic, P.S., which he established in 1977. His 40 plus years of active chiropractic practice have involved all aspects of Chiropractic care, including auto accident, on the job injury, as well as general acute, corrective and preventative maintenance care for adults and children.  Dr. Butters is a member of the WSCA and currently serves as the association's Legislative Director. He also serves as chairman of the Washington State Chiropractic Trust; Washington State’s chiropractic political action committee. He is a member and Fellow of the International Chiropractor’s Association.
