After getting into an auto accident that caused me to undergo back surgery, I was at a loss on what to do next. A family member recommended Adler Giersch in Everett and I am glad she did! Jacob Gent handled my case and was great to work with. My biggest complaint in this day and age is the lack of communication. I am happy to say Mr. Gent was always there to answer questions and provide me with updates on the case. My case was not exactly the easiest to represent and he explained the difficulties we’d be facing upfront. It took some time to reach a settlement but in the end he handled everything and I am grateful for it. I appreciated his honesty and integrity and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.
Now that your efforts are complete on behalf of Lisa, I want to express my deep appreciation and admiration for your work. It is clear that the thoroughness of your preparation, your understanding of timing, and the quality of your communications resulted in the excellent result. For us, it is not only the financial advantage but also the addition to Lisa’s shift from being a wounded, healing person to being a strong fully functioning person again.
Beyond the result, I also appreciated your relationship to Lisa and to us. You were both caring, available, excellent listeners and communicators. That is something which I pride myself on in my work with clients, and I recognize it in you as well.
So, my best wishes to both of you in your future work. We are very grateful to you and will recommend you highly should the occasion arise. Feel free to use this letter as a reference.
I wanted to express my gratitude for continuing to work on my behalf. It is rare these days that you encounter people of integrity that do what they say they will do much more rare to find folks like yourselves who genuinely care and go far beyond my expectations. Thank you so much!
Once Jacob took my case I didn’t have to worry about it anymore. I was updated regularly either by phone or email and always knew what was happening. Very friendly and so was everyone else I spoke with. Would definitely hire him again!
I was in an Auto Accident in 2010 with an under Insured party, I was injured in my Auto accident and really did not know what to do, I was referred to Jacob and it was the best thing because I did not know anything about what I was trying to deal with, so I put it in Jacobs hands and he did all the work – Awesome Guy!!
Many thanks for all your efforts in gathering and representing all the facts for my personal injury case. I appreciate all you have done to ensure my medical needs were addressed and making this so much easier for me in not having to deal with the insurance adjusters. I could not be more please with the outcome. You are great at what you do and I’m glad I had the opportunity to work with you.
Jacob has a thorough understanding of personal injury law. He recovered for me–and, unlike most attorneys I have worked with–kept me informed and returned my phone calls. And Jacob prepared the case for courtroom litigation, yet worked to resolve the claim outside of the courtroom.
I believe that Jacob would not misrepresent to you your prospects of success.
I wholeheartedly recommend Jacob to be a successful advocate for you!!!
Outstanding Attorney and even better person! It was was a HUGE pleasure working with Jacob. He is very knowledgeable in what he does and made me feel comfortable with my situation. If it was not for Jacob and the firm he represents, I would not have gotten the wonderful results that we did. And for that I will always be grateful for his intelligence, integrity, and for the caring, considerate, respectful professional that he is…
Jacob took on my accident/injury case. He kept me informed AND kept the insurance companies off my back (which was a HUGE relief). Jacob and his firm told me what to expect, and things played out pretty much as he/they described; what more can you ask for?
Jacob Gent was a very effective advocate for me in an auto injury case that took a great deal of time , effort and skill on his part. I am pleased with the final outcome and feel I was fortunate that Jacob was my lawyer during the long process back to health and to a final settlement. I found Jacob to be caring, patient, knowledgeable, and he kept me informed as the case progressed. I highly recommend Jacob.
