Dear Mr. Alexander,

Ever since the beginning of this lawsuit I've been scared to death! Not ever having been through one, not knowing what to expect or what was expected of me. I wish to thank Mr. Adler for sticking with me and guiding me along in the beginning.
When I was switched over to the Seattle office and Mr. Alexander, I went through plenty of anxiety and anxious moments. I was always made to feel comfortable and if I had any questions I could e-mail Marie and Tamara when she was there. They're both great! Thanks for all the encouragement and stability you gave me throughout these few years! I'm certainly glad it's over and hopefully I never go through this again. Thanks to Mr. Alexander for everything. I was always set at ease and made to feel comfortable in his presence.
