E. PAUL GIERSCH received his Juris Doctorate degree from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1974. His trial experience began with three years as a felony trial attorney with the New Jersey Office of the Public Defender. Two more years of trial and appellate experience in the federal courts followed during his tenure as an Assistant Federal Public Defender for the District of New Jersey.

Mr. Giersch moved to Washington in 1980 and continued trial practice in the areas of criminal law, family law, and personal injury. As a founding principal in AdlerGiersch PS in 1983, he has focused exclusively on representation of injured persons. He has also been appointed and served as arbitrator in personal injury cases brought before the Superior Court of King County. Mr. Giersch co-produced a video with his law partner, Richard Adler, and Dan Murphy, DC, DABCO, entitled Chiropractic Testimony: Deposition and Trial: Responding to Common Cross Examination Questions, and Presenting Chiropractic Neurology at Trial for Today's Chiropractor, that has received the highest rating and praise from reviewers.

Mr. Giersch is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of Washington and New Jersey, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. He is a member of the Washington State Bar Association, Washington Trial Lawyers Association, and Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
